Context:The customer is the world's leading supplier of aseptic food and beverage carton packaging and filling systems,with three plants in Suzhou.The company has its own SAP system, which covers the module of fixed assets management. During the annual and semi-annual inventory of fixed assets,the financial department exports the data of fixed assets that need to be inventrowed from the SAP system,and then arranges more than a dozen people of the whole department to go to the workshop to check the assets against the Excel table.However, due to the large number of assets, they are scattered in various factories, departments and workshops, as well as cars, forklifts and trailers that are constantly moving.It brought great difficulties to the inventory, and finally failed to achieve the purpose of accounting and real consistency.
